• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity to prospective employers
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

careerfocus.io provides AI-generated content — including resume drafts, cover letters, and tailored application materials — as a tool to assist users in their job search. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and submitting any AI-generated content. careerfocus.io makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding hiring outcomes, interview rates, or the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.

By using AI features, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may require modification to accurately reflect your individual experience and qualifications.

careerfocus.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice or liability, where we reasonably determine that the account has:

• Misused AI features in violation of the Acceptable Use policy
• Attempted to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Violated any provision of these Terms

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may appeal a termination decision by contacting [email protected].
