By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. You acknowledge that you are subscribing to a digital good and waive any rights to unconditional refunds beyond our stated 14-day refund policy window.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload, link, store, and share certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are completely responsible for the Content that you post to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant us the right to process this data exclusively for the functional operation of the Service, such as AI parsing and reformatting, but you retain all ownership rights.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
