How it all started
In 2023, our founders were reeling from the massive tech layoffs. Despite having stellar credentials, they found themselves sending hundreds of applications into the void, hearing nothing back.
They discovered that over 75% of resumes were being auto-rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) simply because the formatting couldn't be parsed, or the exact keyword density wasn't met.
It wasn't a talent problem. It was a data-formatting problem.
So, we built Career Focus to automate the complex game of ATS optimization, giving power back to the candidates.
